Greiner Construction

Minneapolis, Minnesota

The space presented a unique design challenge: a long, linear footprint measuring approximately 400 feet in length and just 55 feet in width. Rather than viewing this proportion as a limitation, the design embraces it as an organizing principle—creating a cohesive experience that connects people across the entire workplace.
The plan is structured around three primary destinations: a defined arrival point, a central shared experience, and two “bookend” zones dedicated to gathering and social interaction. These anchor points foster a sense of movement, purpose, and community throughout the space.
Along the central path, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative work areas are thoughtfully integrated, creating a rhythm of spaces that balance focus and interaction. This layered approach allows for a seamless flow from one end of the suite to the other, reinforcing connectivity while supporting a variety of work styles.
Ewert Studio designed a workplace that directly supports how Greiner operates day to day—collaborative, efficient, and people-focused, transforming the space into a unified, intentional workplace that brings people together, supports daily operations, and reflects Greiner’s culture through space.
